Custom Miata Alignment!!

Woohoo. Just got a custom alignment done on my Miata!!

Here is a picture of the car before:

Here it is after:

I used FlyinMiata.com's settings:

Front: -1.0 Camber, -5 caster, .15 toe in

Rear: -1.5 Camber, .15 toe in.

Any folks done custom alignments on their vehicles?

Do you basically just tell the people doing it, "hey I want it set up this way"? I'll probably get this same setup done the first time Im back from school.

For starters a custom alignment gets you a more consistent setup. From the Factory they allow for too much tolerance in the specs. You could have one side with positive camber and the other with negative and still be good by the factory specs.

With the alignment I got, turn in is great, and the ass end of the car is really planted. HOWEVAH, the car still rotates nicely.

Just a trillion OEM alignments on customer cars. I had one guy in a IS-F that wanted specific numbers but that's it. I also had to align a car once a special way because the owner was really really big lol

oh yeah, mid to high 400's. I aligned it and it came back for a "still pulls left". No shit lol
